My first word here; this trek is completely different trek. If you want to do some off-trek than this trek should be on top list. You will be crossing 5 high passes, traversing through medieval settlements, and remote villages. You gotto have good physical strength before heading through the trail. You will be trekking for at least 15 days along the rough trail, so consider exercising before the trek. I also suggest wearing sturdy shoes, and most importantly hydration-technique: Drink plenty of water. I don't mean to scare the hell outta you, but you gotta ask questions to your travel consultant and be sure of everything, like I did , and the travel consultant did the great job. She was caring and attentive, and promptly replied to all my emails. Talking about the guides, he was really good person, with good heart and attention to details. I am impressed with his work and is much obliged.
