A Lifetime experience

I still remember my friends said, " You can not climb the peak.' and now they keep asking me "how did I do it?" and all the time I say, 'it's your will and determination." Hello, welcome to my review! I recently climbed Island Peak in Nepal and I am proud of it. Not just because I scaled a peak, but because I overcome my fear with strong determination. And I realized life could be better with determination and I am walking with it. Thanks to Third Rock Adventures for this. I am grateful to them for this lifetime experience. Had it been with some other agency, I wouldn't have done it. All the credit to them. They guided me from the very first day, helping me amass determination to further venture. I wasn't sure of it but with their continuous support and help, I did it. A big thanks to my climbing leader, who was not just experienced but also friendly. He could have just did his job, but he cared me like a family member... all day long, every day.... making sure that I could carry on. At some time, I was totally down, but he guided me and I did it! Have to share this with you that the itinerary joins Everest Base Camp too... a perfect itinerary. The pre-Climb Training helped a lot. My climbing leader taught me some special climbing techniques. He demonstrated the proper use of a harness, ascender, carabiner, rappel device, ice axe etc. I think I will visit again Nepal soon. And this time I think my friends will accompany me.
