The trek was superb and I am glad to be a part of your family. What impressed me is the way you answered all my questions and cleared my doubts. I still remember when you called me on my WhatsApp. You were so calm and attentive. And I couldn't expect more. And when your representative transferred me to the hotel, I was really touched.
