We used Third Rock Adventures to do the Everest Three Passes trek and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Naba was extremely professional and responsive to communicate with when enquiring, booking and in the lead up to the trek. Our guide, Mekhraj was excellent and made our trekking experience extremely enjoyable. He was professional and knowledgeable and also made every day fun. Third Rock organised everything incredibly well so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Transfer from the airport was smooth and stress free and the hotel they booked for us on the first night was excellent. During the trek, we were incredibly well looked after and the guesthouses that they booked throughout our trek were fantastic. We would definitely use Third Rock again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We wanted to do the three passes itinerary for the challenging trek and because it is a quieter route than EBC.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Renjo La Pass, Cho La Pass, the snow at Gorakshep, Kala Pattar and the views of EBC.

What would you advice other travellers?

Research the difficulty of the route, take crampons!
