Great Time Again

Honestly, I never heard of this peak and the itinerary. It was Naba, whom I know personally, who suggested I try this peak in Rolwaling region of Nepal. I was done doing treks and peak climbing in Everest regions. One thing you have to be very sure of is the guide you traveling with; you must trust him when it comes to mountaineering and since I have been with the team at TRA, I didn't have to worry about the food, accommodations and the service throughout the day. I was bit unsure of the itinerary, so customized it a bit. The trekking part was amazing, unlike other treks, it was a unique experience for me. On the summit day, we started earlier, took a steep climb, into the crevasses. We did it, celebrated at the top of Pharchamo peak.Had a chance to admire views of Cho Oyu, Mt. Gaurishanker, Makalu, Mt. Amadablam, and several others. It was wonderful adventure. With every new trip with Third Rock, the amazement and the service and the satisfaction level sour up.
