I am writing this review to let everyone know that Third Rock is the best travel agency. Let me be honest, before the trip, I didn't know about the Company. I was googling about Bhutan trip and stumbled upon the website of the company. I had to make sure that I am looking for the right company for my trip. I studied more about the website and decided to contact. Mr Naba was connected to me, he replied to my email and the very first email impressed me. He greeted me, and cleared my doubts. But still I had to make sure about the trip, so he connected me to one of his consultants. We had lots of email exchanges. I asked a lot of questions about the trip. And impressively, all my emails were replied on time. When it comes to pay, I had a doubt, but the company again won my trust. Now comes the operation. The flight was booked on time, the hotels were comfortable, and the food were great. My country-guide was friendly and attentive. He had great knowledge of Bhutan. Every day was fantastic.
