Treking in Everest Base Camp

The trek to EBC was my third treking trip after the treking experience to ABC and Langtang with Third Rock Adventures. On the way after treking over 4000ft attitude, light oxygen, cold temperature (always minus), and physical weakness, I kept asking myself why I was here. It was hard to breath and hard to sleep all 12 nights due to the attitude and temperature. Anyhow, I got the answer once after I reached EBC. Thank you for the lie from my guide and my friends encourage and us to till complete our mission. No pain, no gain. WIll come for another journey with this company in near future.
