10 Days Quarantine for Tourists Coming from the UK

Kathmandu, December 24

The Ministry of Health and Population has urged those who have recently come to Nepal from the UK to stay in the hotel quarantine for 10 days.

Stating that a new species of coronavirus has recently been detected in the UK, the ministry has urged all those who come to Nepal from the UK or via the UK to stay in the hotel quarantine from January 1 to 7.

It has also requested to conduct RT PCR test in a government health laboratory within 7 to 10 days of entering Nepal. There is no charge for such tests.
