The mountain flight that was closed in Chaitayata will now be operated. Buddha Air and Yati Air, two big private sector companies, have set a date for the mountain flight. On Saturday, Buddha made his first flight as a woodcut test.
The company has stated that there will be regular mountain flights every Saturday. According to Buddha Air, Buddha's airplane will fly on a mountain flight from 20 December to Saturday. The company has stated that one can observe the mountain ranges, including Sagarmatha, Makalu, Nuptse, and Gaurishankar from Kathmandu Airport.
The company has stated that it has brought an attractive package, especially for those who cannot reach the mountains by trekking and want to experience mountaineering from the sky. Buddha Air has fixed a fare of Rs 8,900 for a mountain flight ticket. Another ticket will now be available at this price. Passengers who have purchased a ticket with a window have announced that the adjoining seat will be provided free of cost. This offer is only available for Nepali citizens.
Meanwhile, Yeti Air has also started offering one free ticket for every one of the mountain flights that started every Saturday from 20 December. Yeti has also announced to give the next seat for free when buying a window ticket. According to the company, this offer is only available for Nepali citizens.
