Yeti Airlines will operate a test flight from Kathmandu to Benaras on Wednesday. Yeti Airlines, which has been operating domestic flights, is planning to conduct test flights in Benaras with a plan to expand its services to the international market. Company spokesperson Sudarshan Bartaula said that the test flight would leave for Benaras at 9 am on Wednesday. The Civil Aviation Authority has already given the company permission for the test flight.
According to Bartaula, 23 people from NEA and the company will participate in the test flight. The company has sought permission for Kathmandu-Benaras non-scheduled and chartered flights. The company also plans to operate non-scheduled and chartered flights to East and South Asian countries.
