Kathmandu city tour with Nagarkot sunrise and Dhulikhel hiking tour is truly a beautiful trip best suited for all age groups and a perfect trip to enjoy the panoramic view of the Himalayas and views of beautiful Newari villages and terraced landscapes.
This tour takes you to Nagarkot hill station and lets you hike through a popular hiking trail of Dhulikhel. You will explore the famous 4 UNESCO world heritage sites spread in Kathmandu: Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath Stupa.
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, and the tour starts with a short drive to Pashupatinath temple. You will explore 4 major UNESCO world heritage sites on the first day. The next day, you will drive to Nagarkot, which is famous for its spectacular sunrise and panoramic Himalayan views. We will then hike to Dhulikhel through green forests, lush vegetation in Banepa then back to Kathmandu.

Pashupatinath Temple is regarded as the biggest Hindu temple in Nepal
Today you will visit 4 famous UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu. Start the trip with a visit to Pashupatinath, which lies around 5 km northeast of Kathmandu. Your next destination is one of the holy Buddhist sites of Nepal, Boudhanath. The biggest stupa in Nepal, Boudhanath, is the center of Tibetan Buddhism. Further, you will visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square and finally conclude the day with a visit to Swayambhunath Stupa atop a hill. A popular and must-see place in Kathmandu, Kathmandu Durbar Square dates back to the 12th century. Swayambhunath Stupa is popular for the panoramic view of the entire Kathmandu Valley.

Day 2 Drive to Nagarkot Sunrise view, hike to Dhulikhel and drive back to Kathmandu
On this day, we will drive to Nagarkot and hike for some time to the Nagarkot hill station to embrace the mesmerizing sunrise view. It's truly magical to enjoy the splendid sunrise from Nagarkot. The hike from Nagarkot to Dhulikhel is easy and rewards beautiful landscapes and amazing views of the Himalayan ranges. You will hike through dense pine forests and even rhododendron trees. You will also pass through Banepa, where you can observe typical Nepali culture and the way of life in villages. Banepa is known for its ancient temples like the Chandeshwari and the eight different temples of Lord Ganesh. You will trip ends after a short drive to Kathmandu from Dhulikhel.
