Third Rock Adventures collects only the necessary personal information required to deliver the services, products, or information requested by you or an agent or any other person booking on your behalf.
Third Rock Adventures collects, holds, uses, or discloses customer’s information either directly or through our agency or booking partners only for providing or offering you services that you have asked for. Personal Information like full name, age, home address, phone number, e-mail address, passport and travel medical information, insurance details, nationality, residency, dietary preferences, comments you provide, credit card, and other payment details are collected in order to provide services that you have requested.
Third Rock Adventures also has the right to collect personal information, including contact information, when you enter a contest or sweepstakes with us. Information may also be collected when you decide to subscribe to our newsletter or request our brochure. We will use this information only to provide the requested service (or other substantially similar services directly related to your request.)
Third Rock Adventures holds the authority to collect personal information from individuals looking for employment opportunities at TRA. The details may be used to (i) identify the individual (ii) evaluate their suitability for the position applied. The information asked may be name, personal contact information, education, and employment background, criminal record information, residency or citizenship information, or any other information required for TRA to screen the potential candidates for the job.
Third Rock Adventures also collects personal information from agents and agencies to allow them to book trips for Third Rock Adventures and be properly credited for such bookings. Such information may include name, name or employment relationship or employer information, work or business address. If an agent is traveling with other clients, Third Rock Adventures has the right to collect personal information of the clients as well as employment and eligibility information. This information may be collected directly from you or from your employer whenever it’s required.
In instances where the collection of certain details of your personal information is not required in order to deliver requested services or products, you can skip providing such details. For example, you may sign up for our electronic marketing and newsletters with only an e-mail address. You may also be entitled to deal with Third Rock Adventures using a pseudonym under certain circumstances where identity verification is not required. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE NECESSARY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you do not provide your personal information as requested by Third Rock Adventures, we may not deliver the services or products asked by you. This also means that you may not be able to participate in our trips or subscribe to our newsletters. If you have paid a deposit and fail to provide your personal information to Third Rock Adventures (or our partners and suppliers), you may not deliver the required services and products. For example, if you request to book flight tickets and if you do not provide your personal information, the tickets may not get booked, and you will not be entitled to a refund for the deposited amount.

HOW DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION AND OBTAIN YOUR CONSENT?

Certain information must be provided to these suppliers to carry out the services you have requested while booking your trip to their country. These partners and suppliers are located worldwide, and you can expect your personal information to be shared with these organizations.
We may share your personal information within the Third Rock Adventures group of companies in order to provide you with superior customer service and to ensure you benefit from our full range of products and services as permitted by law. Each affiliated company abides by the rules and regulations while dealing with your personal information.
Third Rock Adventures and its legitimate suppliers never sell, lease, or trade information about you or your travel information to other parties in the course of conducting business. These privacy policies bind your personal information, and be assured about your personal information's safety.
ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AND CONTACT INFORMATION
You can access, update and correct your personal information through your account on Third Rock Adventures’ website. You may also request access to or the right to view or correct your personal information, subject to certain limitations, by writing to us or calling at the listed contact numbers on our website. If you wish to review or verify the personal information you have provided to us, determine to whom your personal information was disclosed, amend, or delete any information, please contact us in writing at [email protected] specifying your request.
Subject to legal restrictions, you can choose to withdraw your consent for any purpose that we require to fulfill our product or service contract with you or the company. We will not be able to provide you or continue to provide you with the product or services after you have withdrawn your consent.

Third Rock Adventures will only send you brochures, newsletters, or other promotional and/or marketing materials if you have requested them. You can subscribe to such materials on our website or by contacting our sales contact center.
If you have subscribed to our promotional emails, you can unsubscribe from receiving them at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each email or through your Third Rock Adventures account.
Third Rock Adventures retains customer’s personal information for as long as is reasonably required, with consideration to the purpose for which it was collected or a related or ancillary purpose and to our legal and regulatory obligations. Third Rock Adventures deletes or otherwise destroys customer’s personal information after a reasonable period of time. You may have to provide your personal information again to us in instances where it has been deleted.
