We were promised a 5-Star-Service and received nothing less! First the manager Naba drafted the perfect trekking tour for our needs and demands as a full service package including flights, accomodations, meals, guide and porter. All together for a price that was more than fair and reasonable. On the evening before the trip we were invited to a dinner to receive a little briefing, ask questions and to meet our guide Shiva. And we could not have wished for a better one! During the 7 days of our tour Shiva lived up to his name and provided a service you can only call godlike. He picked great guesthouse and lunchplaces, handled all orders and formalities and fulfuilled extra-wishes before we even knew we had them. He not only answered all our questions (and we had a lot), but never failed to provide more knowledge and information. No matter if it was about nature, wildlife, Nepali society or culture. All delivered with a smile, a little joke or some lighthearted banter. He made us feel more than comfortable, physically and emotionally, and there was not a single moment where we felt like clients, but always like well appreciated guests. We are truly happy and thankful to have shared this unique experience with Shiva. Just don't play Mau-Mau with him ;) Shoutout also to our porter Parkash who not only reliably carried our stuff ahead of us, but also literally went the extra mile to help us to a great experience.
