Trip of a lifetime

A friend of mine, who is an elite climber suggested me get my hands on mountaineering and insist me do Island peak in Nepal. He even suggested Third Rock for this adventure. I did with them and had an enthralling experience. I wasn't aware of the pre-climb training that turned out to be the best part of this trip. My guide was highly professional and expert.
