Unique Climbing Expedition

Never have I ever thought of climbing Island Peak from Chhukung. But once I studied the itinerary and all possible outcomes, I couldn't say no to it. I braved my decision to do it and asked Naba to help me in every possible way, to which he said yes. And he did it. I had hard times arriving in Chhukung but with constant connection with the team of Third Rock, I did it without much tensions. They offered me pre-climb training and at base camp, we chatted a lot. My climbing leader with his years and years of experience helped me prepare for the climb. I was more excited. I did it to the top. Had I decided not to do it, I would surely have regretted it. It was more than expected. My days before arriving in Chhukung until I stepped at the top, every day was special. Glad that I chose them. Everything was perfect. Now, a small suggestion to everyone- if you want to climb the peak, you can choose Island Peak Climbing from Kathmandu. However, if you want to do it from Chhukung, you got to be prepared seriously. Needless to say, you can do it, like I did !!!
