We inquired about the Bhutan tour for 2 weeks and they recommended the Ura Yakchoe Festival Tour. We were not convinced but as they started unveiling the highlights and itinerary of the trip, we couldn't say no. We said yes and headed to Bhutan in about a week. We met our guide, he was fantastic. He had all the knowledge for the trip. We visited the architectural, cultural, and economic landmarks of King’s Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma, Motithang takin Preserve, National Institute of Traditional Medicine, and Tashi Chhoedzong in Thimphu city, one of the largest dzongs, and hiked to the Tiger’s Nest monastery.
